GE Vernova, an energy equipment manufacturing and services company, completed the acquisition of the heavy duty gas turbines combustion parts business from Woodward, a manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The completion of this acquisition adds resilience to our supply chain, aiming to deliver greater value to our customers and the energy sector.
