GE Vernova to acquire heavy duty gas turbines combustion parts business from Woodward.

GE Vernova, an energy equipment manufacturing and services company, agreed to acquire heavy duty gas turbines combustion parts business from Woodward, a manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to sign this agreement with GE Vernova. This targeted transaction is good for our customer and members and will allow us to focus resources on products that will drive the most value as part of Woodward.
