Alterra Mountain Company completed the acquisition of Arapahoe Basin from Dream Unlimited.

Alterra Mountain Company, an American hospitality company, completed the acquisition of Arapahoe Basin, a ski area, from Dream Unlimited, a Canadian real estate company.
