Fidelio Capital-backed Odevo completed the acquisition of Encore from Queen’s Park Equity for £83m.

Fidelio Capital-backed Odevo, an international residential property management company, completed the acquisition of Encore, a UK-based residential managing agent, from Queen’s Park Equity, a private equity firm, for £83m. “We’ve had an amazing journey with QPE as a collaborative partner, during which time we have been able to over-deliver on our highly ambitions growth plans, whilst maintaining an exceptionally high-level of service delivery to our customers.
