Morgan Stanley Capital completed the acquisition of FoodScience from Wind Point Partners.

Morgan Stanley Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of FoodScience, a vertically integrated provider of pet and human nutritional supplements, from Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm.
