Surgical Information Systems to acquire Surgical Notes.

Surgical Information Systems, a provider of business and clinical surgical software for ambulatory surgery centers, agreed to acquire Surgical Notes, an ASC-focused revenue cycle management, transcription, and coding services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Acquiring Surgical Notes enables us to further enhance our offerings and serve a broader customer base.
