Dunelm, a retailer specializing in homewares and furniture, completed the acquisition of Home Focus, a retailer of soft furnishings, bedding, fabrics, blinds, and home accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With around 80 years in business, we have been looking for a new custodian to take Home Focus into its next chapter," Ian Donnelly, Home Focus Managing Director.
