Cohort to acquire EM Solutions for £75m.

Cohort, a technology group, agreed to acquire EM Solutions, a satellite communications component company, for £75m ($95m). "The proposed acquisition of EM Solutions in Australia is highly complementary and is in line with our stated strategy to accelerate growth by making targeted acquisitions in the UK and overseas. Australia is an increasingly important strategic region, reflecting the increased security challenges in the Indo Pacific, and the creation of the AUKUS alliance," Andy Thomis, Cohort Chief Executive.
