Quad-C Management completed the investment in Flow Service Partners.

Quad-C Management, a middle market private equity firm, completed the investment in Flow Service Partners, a provider of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration and plumbing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Flow team has built an exceptional platform focused on best-in-class customer service and local expertise in its markets.
