VIEW Group completed the acquisition of Hubro Group from Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

VIEW Group, a provider of accounting technology, finance and payroll services and IT outsourcing, completed the acquisition of Hubro Group, a provider of accounting services, from Bertel O. Steen Kapital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hubro Group is a strategic and natural addition to our portfolio, and we are creating a larger player with a strong position across the Nordics and a growing foothold in the UK. We have strong growth ambitions in both regions, and together we can offer even better solutions for our clients, with greater breadth and expertise within accounting, consulting and technology services," John Hugosson, VIEW Group CEO.
