Uniper, HYCAP and Samsung Ventures led a €44m Series C round in Liquid Wind.

Uniper, an energy company, HYCAP, an investment firm, and Samsung Ventures, a global investment arm of Samsung, led a €44m Series C round in Liquid Wind, an electrofuel production facilities developer. "This backing strengthens our capacity to accelerate production and advance our vision to reduce the world’s dependency on fossil fuel. The investment, the largest in our company history, reflects investors confidence in Liquid Wind’s potential to scale eFuel production in the years to come,” Claes Fredriksson, Liquid Wind CEO and Founder.
