FSN Capital-backed InstallatørGruppen to acquire Nordbyens Energi & VVS.

FSN Capital-backed InstallatørGruppen, an technical installation company, agreed to acquire Nordbyens Energi & VVS, a company that offers complete solutions within plumbing, ventilation, sheet metal and energy management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have Nordbyens Energi & VVS join InstallatørGruppen. It has been important for us to get a larger part of our business in Jutland, and with Nordbyens Energi & VVS we are getting closer to our goal of being a nationwide business. We are therefore very much looking forward to welcoming both management and employees to the group," Peter Frandsen, InstallatørGruppen CEO.
