Koc Holding completed the investment in StemBio.

Koc Holding, the largest industrial conglomerate in Turkey, completed the investment in StemBio, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The holding acquired shares representing 65% of the capital of the biotechnology company StemBio. The transaction was completed following the approval of the Competition Board.
