LAB14 completed the acquisition of Nanoscribe from BICO.

LAB14, an advanced manufacturing solutions, completed the acquisition of Nanoscribe, a group of high-tech companies providing advanced manufacturing solutions, from BICO, a laboratory automation partner and provider of selected workflows to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Nanoscribe we not only gain a globally recognized company, but also a team that shares our values and ideally complements our strategic goals.
