Hydrotrux Group to acquire Environmental Waste International.

Hydrotrux Group, an exclusive licensee of Hydra Energy Canada H2 co-combustion technology, agreed to acquire Environmental Waste International, a design and development company specializing in eco-friendly systems for the break down of organic materials. Financial terms were not disclosed.
