Terminal Investment to acquire Infraestructura Portuaria Mexicana from PINFRA.

Terminal Investment, a global container terminals group, agreed to acquire Infraestructura Portuaria Mexicana, a multi-use terminal in the port of Altamira, from PINFRA, a company in Mexico dedicated to the promotion, development, construction, financing, and operation of infrastructure projects. Financial terms were not disclosed.
