TSG Group completed the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik, E2MS and Solar Alliance.

TSG Group a provider of technical services in the field of sustainable mobility solutions, completed the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik, E2MS and Solar Alliance, three electrical installation companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These 3 latest acquisitions, together with SKY-NRG, closed last month, demonstrate TSG’s ability to integrate innovative companies and drive forward our ambition to lead the transition for responsible mobility and energy,” Jean-Marc Bianchi, TSG Chairman & CEO.
