The Cotton Group completed the acquisition of Falk&Ross Group Europe from orromin Capital Management.

The Cotton Group, a Belgium-based manufacturer and wholesaler of clothes, t-shirts, sweaters, and coats, completed the acquisition of Falk&Ross Group Europe, a company that offers a wide range of clothing and accessories, from Borromin Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
