Accebt Equity completed the acquisition of indoor division from Unisport-Saltex.

Accebt Equity, a private equity firm that focuses its investments in small and mid-cap companies, completed the acquisition of indoor division from Unisport-Saltex, a specialist within indoor sports facilities and sports equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe strongly in Unisport’s motto, which is to bring health and happiness through movement.
