Castik Capital to acquire WATR Group from Borromin Capital.

Castik Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire WATR Group, a groundwater management firm, from Borromin Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. WATR Group’s CEO Steffen Saur will continue to lead the business together with his executive management team, who will be investing into the business as part of the transaction.
