Visma completed the acquisition of Mobilexpense from Fortino Capital Partners.

Visma, a provider of mission-critical cloud software, completed the acquisition of Mobilexpense, an expense management tool, from Fortino Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Mobilexpense is a great addition to the Visma family, perfectly complementing our existing HR and payroll offerings to business customers in Europe.
