L-GAM-backed Ancorotti Cosmetics to acquire Cosmoproject for €57.5m.

L-GAM-backed Ancorotti Cosmetics, an Italian makeup and skincare products contract manufacturer, agreed to acquire Cosmoproject, a full-service cosmetic and toiletries products manufacturer, for €57.5m. The Cosmoproject acquisition will allow the Ancorotti Group to start a new phase of growth and further strengthen on international markets.
