M3 completed the acquisition of three brands from L’Oréal.

M3, an independent family office, completed the acquisition of Thermes Saint-Gervais, Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc and Decléor brands from L’Oréal, a French multinational personal care corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
