Geopark completed the acquisition of Colombian oil and gas assets from Respol for $530m.

Geopark, an independent Latin American oil and gas explorer, completed the acquisition of Colombian oil and gas assets from Respol, a global multi-energy provider, for $530m. The assets include Repsol's oil extraction operation in central Colombia and a 25% stake in SierraCol Energia Arauca, the Spanish company said in a filing to the Madrid stock market operator.
