Nortrafo, an independent producer of distribution transformers, completed the acquisition of Vestfold Trafo Energi, a company that specializes in transformer services from Nettpartner, a company that builds and operates electrical infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this acquisition, we strengthen our position as a leading player in emergency preparedness, repair and service of distribution transformers. The acquisition is also in line with our goal of becoming a leader in sustainability efforts," Rune Evjen, Nortrafo Group CEO.
