Cencora completed the acquisition of Alloga Logifarma from Alliance Healthcare.

Cencora, an American drug wholesale company and a contract research organization, completed the acquisition of Alloga Logifarma, a Portuguese pre-wholesale pharmaceutical logistics company, from Alliance Healthcare, a pharmaceuticals wholesaler. Financial terms were not disclosed.
