TA Associates-backed PDI Technologies completed the acquisition of Comdata Merchant POS Solutions from Corpay.

TA Associates-backed PDI Technologies, a provider of enterprise software and solutions to the convenience retail and wholesale petroleum industries, completed the acquisition of Comdata Merchant POS Solutions, a point-of-sale hardware and software solution, from Corpay, a global business payments and spend management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
