Pacific Equity to acquire Freight Management from Singapore Post for $650m.

Pacific Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Freight Management, a diversified logistics holding company, from Singapore Post, a postal and e-commerce logistics provider company, for $650m. “The Board believes this divestment is the best option for shareholders by crystallising the unrealised value of the business and bringing forward unlocking value for shareholders,” Simon Israel, Singapore Post Chairman.
