Stirling Square Capital Partners-backed Sustainable Agro Solutions completed the acquisition of Pevesa Biotech from Kerry Group.

Stirling Square Capital Partners-backed Sustainable Agro Solutions, a fertilizer supplier, completed the acquisition of Pevesa Biotech, a provider of biostimulants and plant-based fertilizers, from Kerry Group, a public food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have admired Pevesa Agroscience for a long time and are thrilled to announce this investment at an exciting time for our business.
