IRIS Software Group completed the acquisition of Dext from Hg Capital for £500m.

IRIS Software Group, a global provider of accountancy, education management, HR and payroll solutions, completed the acquisition of Dext, a bookkeeping automation platform provider, from Hg Capital, a private equity firm, for £500m.
