WAI Global completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pos Service Holland from Nordian Capital Partners.

WAI Global, a distributor of starter motors and alternators, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pos Service Holland, a distribution of starter motors and alternators, from Nordian Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since our investment in 2018, we have worked closely with PSH’s management to achieve strong growth. This included strengthening the management team with the appointment of Alexander Kam as CEO, significant investments in digitalization, relocating the logistics operation to Poland and executing several strategic acquisitions. As a result, revenue has almost quadrupled, PSH has expanded internationally and developed into a European market leader in its niche.
