Emagine Consulting, a high-end business, engineering & IT consultancy, completed the acquisition of Hexis Technology Hub, a software company based in Portugal, and BoostIT, an information technology company that specializes in creating and developing software, from Nexus Capital Management, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
