Eternis completed the acquisition of Sharon Personal Care from Tene Investment Funds.

Eternis, a wholly-owned family business active in the fragrance and flavour industry, completed the acquisition of Sharon Personal Care, a global supplier of innovative ingredient solutions for a broad range of personal care products, from Tene Investment Funds, a private equity firm.
