Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to acquire a 38.9% stake in URW Germany from CPP Investments.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, an owner, developer and operator of sustainable, high-quality real estate assets, agreed to acquire a 38.9% stake in URW Germany, a shopping mall, from CPP Investments, an investment company. Financial terms were vnot disclosed.
