Cogenuity-backed United Safety and Survivability Corporation, a U.S.-based global leader in safety and survivability technologies, completed the acquisition of Dafo Vehicle, a Sweden-based developer of fire suppression systems from Sobro, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dafo Vehicle and United Safety are a perfect match for each other, combining complementary strengths and a shared vision for the future...
