The Dupuy Group completed the acquisition of Eland Logistics.

The Dupuy Group, a logistics provider, completed the acquisition of Eland Logistics, a family-owned warehousing and logistics company in the Greater Toronto Area. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this addition, Dupuy welcomes a high-touch, customer-first team in Canada’s largest coffee market, providing a strategic advantage for Customers when paired with our existing operations across the US Gulf and East coasts. Dupuy Customers will also benefit from having an excellent Canadian distribution hub while Eland Logistics Customers will gain access to our global transportation network and additional specialized services," Hans Luetkemeier, The Dupuy Group President.
