Verdalia completed the acquisition of greenfield biomethane plants from Green Arrow Capital and Lazzari & Lucchini.

Verdalia, a company focused on developing, acquiring and operating biomethane plants, completed the acquisition of 5 greenfield biomethane plants located in Italy from Green Arrow Capital, a Pan-European independent financial group, and Lazzari & Lucchini, an energy plants developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
