Takara Shuzo completed the acquisition of 90% stake in Kagerer for €111m.

Takara Shuzo, a manufactures a wide range of products from sake and other washu to Western alcoholic beverages, completed the acquisition of 90% stake in Kagerer, a seafood wholesaler, for €111m ($117m).
