Cloudberry Clean Energy completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Skovgaard Energy for DKK 654m.

Cloudberry Clean Energy, a Nordic energy company that owns, develops, and operates hydropower and wind power plants in Norway and Sweden, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Skovgaard Energy, a renewable energy company, for DKK 654m.
