NEPI Rockcastle to acquire Silesia City Center for €405m.

NEPI Rockcastle, a retail real estate holding company, agreed to acquire Silesia City Center, a dominant shopping mall located in Katowice, for €405m. “We are grateful for the confidence that NEPI Rockcastle’s investors have placed in our company during the recent equity raise as we continue to deliver on our strategy with the acquisition of Silesia City Center.
