Vance Street Capital completed the acquisition of System Seals.

Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of System Seals, a designer and manufacturer of proprietary, high-performance sealing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The System Seals team has built a unique, differentiated platform of scale in the sealing market with highly technical engineering capabilities and longstanding customer relationships.
