Alliant Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Union First.

Alliant Insurance Services, a distributor of diversified insurance products and services, completed the acquisition of Union First, a specialized benefits consulting and third-party administration firm serving public safety labor associations—including police, firefighters, and deputy sheriffs.
