TeamViewer to acquire 1E from Carlyle for $720m.

TeamViewer, a remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions provider, agreed to acquire 1E, a digital employee experience management tools provider, from Carlyle, a global investment firm, for $720m. “With the acquisition of 1E, TeamViewer will enter a new era of intelligent endpoint management by providing customers with a smart solution for preventing and tackling technology issues with minimal friction.
