Gewiss to acquire a 75% stake in Beghelli in a €108m deal.

Gewiss, an Italian electronics group, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in Beghelli, a lighting equipment manufacturer, in a €108m deal. "Beghelli will become part of Gewiss, as part of a project aimed at ensuring continuity for Beghelli's employees, collaborators and customers," Gewiss.
