TruArc Partners to invest in DMI Personal Care.

TruArc Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, agreed to invest in DMI Personal Care, a contract developer and manufacturer of beauty and personal care products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We set out with the goal of building a world-class company that is based upon transparency with our customers and trust in our employees.
