FirstGroup completed the acquisition of RATP Dev Transit London from RATP Développement for £90m.

FirstGroup, a public transport operator, completed the acquisition of RATP Dev Transit London, a bus operator, from RATP Développement, a transportation services provider, for £90m. "This acquisition represents a significant step in our strategy to grow our bus operations and reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality public transport services across the UK," Graham Sutherland, FirstGroup CEO.
