Silver Lake-backed Diamond Baseball to acquire Syracuse Mets and Brooklyn Cyclones from Cohen Private Ventures.

Silver Lake-backed Diamond Baseball, a company that owns and operates select Minor League Baseball teams, agreed to acquire Syracuse Mets and Brooklyn Cyclones, a Minor League Baseball clubs from Cohen Private Ventures, a venture capital firm.
