Main Capital Partners-backed Sensire completed the acquisition of ZONITH.

Main Capital Partners-backed Sensire, a Finnish company specializing in HSEQ software solutions, completed the acquisition of ZONITH, a Danish provider of personnel security software with an international presence. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of ZONITH represents an important step in our partnership with Sensire, which began in May 2023. This strategic combination strengthens the group’s position in the Nordic market, expands the product suite from food and medical safety to staff safety, and lays the foundation for further growth in northwestern Europe,” Jonas Bäckman, Main Capital Partners Sr. Investment Manager.
