Comcast completed the acquisition of Nitel from Cinven.

Comcast, a media company, completed the acquisition of Nitel, a Chicago-based managed services provider specializing in network-as-a-service solutions, from Cinven, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The completion of the Nitel acquisition is a significant milestone for Comcast Business. It strengthens our ability to deliver advanced, reliable connectivity solutions and enhances our channel distribution strategy,” Edward Zimmermann, Comcast Business President.
