Comcast to acquire Nitel from Cinven.

Comcast, a media company, agreed to acquire Nitel, a Chicago-based managed services provider specializing in network-as-a-service solutions, from Cinven, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Nitel is a dynamic player in managed network services, and its addition to our portfolio will strengthen our capabilities in advanced network, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
